What is the FIA rating mean when I look at fire suit ratings

The FIA rating is the European/International equivalent to the SFI rating. Most U.S. sanctioning bodies are only concerned with the SFI rating. However, if racing internationally, the SFI is oftenly not recognized and an FIA rating of some sort will be required.

Does your tuning style momo/sparco quick release hub have provisions for a horn?

Quick release hubs are meant for competition use only. They are not hollow units and do not facilitate internal wiring like the steering wheel hub adapters do. It is possible to use one of the additional Sparco Push-Button add-ons and run the horn wiring outside of the steering column, but a quick-release system for the wiring would be needed to fully release the steering wheel.
