SECURE SHOPPING

All credit card information processed through our web site is sent to us encrypted via a secure server. We thoroughly investigate the validity of all credit cards to protect against fraud. For your protection, all orders must pass our comprehensive fraud check and verification of your billing address before being shipped.

Orders placed through the OG Racing webstore are encrypted. Information sent via the Internet is encrypted to protect access to communications and transactions. It is important for you to guard against unauthorized access to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

PRIVACY POLICY

We receive and store any information you enter at ogracing.com or give us in any other way. Examples include, but are not limited to, billing address, phone number, and e-mail. Unfortunately, as a mail-order company, certain information is necessary to process and ship your order. Failure to provide such information is fully within your rights as a consumer, however, such action may prevent us from providing you with safety equipment in a timely manner.

To make your shopping experience easier, we receive and store certain types of information whenever you visit ogracing.com in the form of "cookies". These cookies are necessary to provide the best shopping experience on our website. Private information, such as credit card numbers are never recorded in this way. We also record the HTTP log file from anyone accessing a page on our site.

OG Racing is NOT in the business of selling, lending or renting your information to other companies. For customers that make purchases, e-mail addresses are collected and used to notify customers about Special Deals, site improvements, and upcoming events. OG Racing is very protective of your data and will NEVER give or sell this information to other parties. As a customer, you always have the option to opt-out of our e-mail list at anytime. If you supply us with your postal address, you may receive mailings from OG Racing regarding new products and services. However, in trying to be an environmental friendly business, e-mail is our preferred method of customer contact. SHIPPING

We ship via UPS within the U.S. and internationally. Standard shipping is via UPS ground. Overnight, 2 and 3 business day UPS air services are also available. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Next Day, Saturday delivery is available in some areas - please contact us for more information. Please note that some products cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. or with any of the air services, such as Halon fire extinguishers and other products containing chemicals. Check our payment policy (below) for further information on international orders. A street address is required for shipping - shipments cannot be made to a P.O. Box address. If a UPS delivery is re-routed, per customer request or due to inaccurate customer supplied delivery information, an additional $10.00 service charge applies per package. Please have someone available to sign for the delivery. It is at the discretion of UPS to leave a package unattended, even if requested by the recipient.

BACKORDERS

While most items are in stock for immediate shipment, occasionally an item will be backordered. In-stock items will ship immediately, and backordered items will ship when available. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel a backorder.

REFUSED ORDERS

All refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus additional shipping costs. If the order was shipped according to our free-shipping offer (above), you will be responsible for any shipping charges that would have originally applied.

DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE CLAIMS

Please check your order carefully against our packing list upon receipt and notify us of any missing items immediately. You must initiate claims for damaged merchandise directly with the delivering carrier. Retain all shipping cartons and packing materials for inspection by the carrier. OG Racing is not obligated to initiate damage claims.

PRICE MATCHING POLICY

WE WILL MATCH ANY VERIFIABLE FINAL PRICE OF ANY PRODUCT THAT WE SELL (FINAL PRICE includes all applicable taxes & shipping costs). Verification can be from a catalog, flyer, website or a written quote from an authorized dealer of the product. The product must be identical and available for immediate shipment. We will not price match grey market items or items imported through non-authorized channels of distribution. Please note that items purchased from grey market or foreign distributors may not be covered by U.S. warranties.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any shipments without an RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused. Please call us at 1-800-934-9112 to obtain an RMA number. The return shipping label must boldly display the RMA number and must be addressed to:

Pack your return so it will not be damaged in shipment. Returns must be shipped prepaid (no C.O.D.s) and must be insured. Make sure your return is shipped in a traceable manner, e.g. UPS, USPS Certified, or FedEx. Returns must be in original boxes in new, undamaged, unmodified and resalable condition. We will only exchange, refund, or issue store credit for returned items resalable as new. No credit will be issued for items not in new condition and such items will be returned at the customer's expense. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after receipt. Special order items, warehouse closeouts, and custom suits are NOT returnable.

IF WE MAKE AN ERROR

Subject to our return and exchange policy above, if you find an error with your order, replacements will be sent upon our receipt of the incorrect items. Shipping will be at our expense per the shipping method of the original order. If replacements are required before items can be returned, you will be charged for the replacement item, and a credit or refund (without penalty) will be issued upon receipt of the incorrect goods.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, and Bank Wire Transfers. Checks require 10 business days from date of deposit to clear. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 penalty. OG Racing is entitled to any collections fees and/or attorney's fees charged in the process of collecting payment. We do not ship website orders C.O.D. Please do not send cash.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We require payment in advance from any customers residing outside the U.S. via a wire transfer in U.S. funds. We do not accept credit cards for international orders totaling more then $1000.00 USD and retain the right of extreme discretion when handling international credit cards of any other order. There is a $15.00 service charge for wire transfers. When paying with a wire transfer ask your bank if they use a third-party bank to handle the transfer; if so, your bank must determine the charges from the third-party bank. Those charges must be added to the total amount being wired. If your order is required by a certain date, please allow sufficient time for the wire transfer to complete (approx. 3-5 business days). Orders will ship when the money is received in our account. Some products cannot be shipped outside of the U.S., such as Halon fire extinguishers and other products containing chemicals.

PRICES

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Virginia residents and orders shipped to an address in the state of Virginia are subject to state sales tax. OG Racing is not responsible for any typographical errors.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

All items in this catalog are sold for racing purposes. There are no warranties, either expressed or implied, on any items. OG Racing's liability is limited to replacement or refund of items purchased and does not include labor and/or installation charges
