Ultra strong rare earth magnets are machined to create a solid and completely sealed bond between the forced air hose and helmet. This simple, yet reliable connection offers over 35lbs of tensile force - strong enough to stay connected during the roughest race, but easily disconnected in the case of an emergency with just the slightest pressure from any angle.
